TASTING NOTES
A light and refreshing white wine that boasts a floral bouquet with a candle wax edge. The palate extends into delicate flavours of white nectarine and orange blossom with honey dew melon tones on the finish.
WINEMAKING
This small batch of grapes was hand picked and whole bunch pressed. The juice was then transferred to old white oak barrels for a natural fermentation. Following fermentation the wine was divided into stainless steel vessels and oak barrels for 5 months before going to bottle. No additives were added to this wine throughout the winemaking process.
